How care works

What a first session actually looks like

Reaching out is the hard part. Here is what happens once you are in the room, so nothing about the first visit is a surprise.

A warm welcome

No clipboard interrogation. We start with your story — what brought you here, and what you hope feels different.

A full picture

We review history, prior diagnoses, treatments and medications so the plan fits your body and your life, not an average.

A plan you agree with

Goals, options and next steps decided together, including medication management when it's the right tool.

Steady follow-through

Follow-ups keep the plan honest — adjusting doses, tracking what's working, and naming what isn't.
