Anxiety & Panic Disorders

Generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic attacks and health worry.

Anxiety rarely arrives as one loud problem. It shows up as a racing mind at 2 a.m., a stomach that knots before a meeting, or a panic attack that convinces your body something is physically wrong. The goal of care is not to flatten you — it is to turn the volume down enough that your own judgment can be heard again.

How care usually works

We start with a full evaluation to separate anxiety from thyroid issues, sleep debt, caffeine load and medication side effects. When medication is the right tool, we start low, go slow and review how it feels rather than assuming the chart is the story. Alongside that, we build practical skills for the moments anxiety spikes.

What we focus on

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation
  • Medication management with honest dose review
  • Cognitive behavioral skills for worry and panic cycles
  • Sleep, caffeine and routine adjustments
