Services

Psychiatric medication management, by telehealth

I provide psychiatric medication management exclusively through secure telehealth appointments. I do not provide psychotherapy — when talk therapy is part of your plan, I coordinate with your therapist.

What I provide

Services included

Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

A full diagnostic interview covering history, prior treatment, medical context and goals — the foundation for everything after.

Psychiatric medication management

Starting, monitoring and refining medication with close attention to response, side effects and daily function.

Diagnostic assessments

Clarifying what is actually driving symptoms before treatment is chosen, including rescreening prior diagnoses.

Medication adjustments

Dose changes, cross-tapers and switches made deliberately, with a clear plan for what to watch for.

Ongoing psychiatric follow-up care

Regular visits that keep the plan honest — what is working, what isn't, and what changes next.

Treatment planning

Goals and next steps decided together, written plainly so you know what to expect between visits.

Coordination of care

Communication with your primary care provider and therapist when it is clinically appropriate and you consent to it.

Short-term disability documentation

Clinically supported documentation for short-term disability when your condition warrants it.

FMLA documentation

FMLA paperwork completed based on your clinical presentation and treatment record.

Functional assessments

Mental health–related functional assessments and supporting documentation when clinically indicated.
